The announcement by Tulsi Gabbard that she is leaving the Democrat party, and her challenge to other moderate Democrats to join her, was a powerful rebuke to the Democrat party. And it was also an invitation to those in the party who agreed with her to join her in leaving it. 

But it was more. It brought into high relief the dangers now facing America from the recent realignment of America’s most dangerous enemies – China, Russia, and Iran – the “New Axis of Evil.” These three nuclear countries have just agreed to long-term cooperation between their countries.
