There was no motu proprio. No legal reversal of Traditionis custodes. No restoration of rights. No repudiation of Francis. No acknowledgment that the old Mass had been treated unjustly. No admission that the Vatican’s own stated rationale for the crackdown had already been badly damaged by the leaked survey material.
