Purdy, Edwards, and Steptoe’s scientific development may have paved the way for millions of pregnancies and births, but it has also opened the door for horrors like switching embryos at birth, designer babies, motherless and fatherless children, the erasure of women’s vital role in reproduction, and fraud.

By Gavin Ashenden, Catholic Herald - (On November 29th) a majority of MPs at Westminster voted in favour of the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill, which is to say that the UK Parliament has now approved the principle of assisted suicide – death at the hands of the state. There is a small window of hope that it will be defeated the next time around, but in reality a momentum has built up that will be very hard to resist.

Following the vote today, Bishop John Sherrington, Lead Bishop for Life Issues, said that he hopes and prays the Bill might be rejected at a later stage in the legislative process.

The pro-life activists, including Eva Edl and Heather Idoni, face over 10 years in prison and significant fines related to the lawfare prosecution the Biden administration brought.
