These include recent state constitutional rulings interpreting abortion as a protected right; the passage of laws aimed at safeguarding unborn life; ongoing litigation challenging or defending those laws; and the implementation of so-called “shield laws.” These are laws designed to protect abortion providers who reside in abortion-friendly states who prescribe abortions pills in states where abortion is almost entirely proscribed.

By John Daniel Davidson, Sr. Editor, The Federalist - But now eugenics is making a comeback thanks to Peter Thiel-inspired libertarian tech-bros who have, no kidding, rebranded it “preventative medicine.” This week, a company called Nucleus Genomics, a genetics testing startup founded by a 25-year-old named Kian Sadeghi, unveiled a new product called Nucleus Embryo that allows parents to screen embryos created through IVF... before deciding which to implant and which to discard... But calling it “preventative medicine” is just a bit of lazy legerdemain. It doesn’t change the fact that Nucleus Embryo is nothing more than a hi-tech form of eugenics — screening the unborn for “desirable” traits like IQ and snuffing out those deemed undesirable or unfit.

A new peer-reviewed study by Charlotte Lozier Institute examined nearly 29,000 visits to emergency rooms by women who within 30 days had undergone either a surgical or chemical abortion... The research revealed widespread miscoding of these ER visits. Women who were suffering serious effects of chemical abortion were often coded as having a miscarriage.
