By Charles C. Camosy, Frist Things - Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris has picked Gov. Tim Walz of Minnesota as her running mate. Walz recently legalized infanticide in the state of Minnesota. As someone who does not identify as conservative, I’d be delighted if this claim could be dismissed as a right-wing fever dream. Unfortunately, it is all too real. And by infanticide, I really do mean aiming at the death of newborn infants.

Boquet, Human Life International - The 2020 GOP platform, on the other hand (which was exactly the same as the 2016 platform), was a dramatically different document (than the Democrats)... On the issue of abortion, the platform could scarcely have been any more pro-life. “[W]e assert the sanctity of human life and affirm that the unborn child has a fundamental right to life which cannot be infringed... We support a human life amendment to the Constitution and legislation to make clear that the Fourteenth Amendment’s protections apply to children before birth.”... A Disturbing Shift - However, something dramatic occurred a few weeks ago, raising major alarm bells among pro-life and pro-family leaders around the world.
