The Catholic Herald - It has been confirmed that US Vice-President JD Vance and his family will travel to Italy at the end of Holy Week and spend Easter there, according to a news release from the Office of the Vice President...The US vice-president, who is arguably the US’s best known and most influential/controversial Catholic convert, will meet with Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni during his time in Rome, according to the news release... There is no mention of whether Vance will meet with Pope Francis, who is still recovering .....

But what about countries that depend on exporting most of their goods? Both sides tend to agree that they have been profiting greatly from the current arrangement.

A survey of 900 French catechumens conducted by Catholic media outlets Famille Chrétienne and Aleteia has revealed that social media plays a crucial role in attracting young adults to Catholicism, with 78% saying social media played a role in the discovery or deepening of their faith, while 84% said they follow Christian content creators or “influencers.”
