By Fr. Kevin M. Cusick, The Wanderer - It is children who are asked to make a sacrifice, of time with their parents, when both adults work. Time which cannot be grabbed back once children are grown. Women do not typically express regret about the choice of sacrificing something else, frankly less important, in order to be more present in the sacredness of the home and with their children... Is there anything children need more than their parents? Especially when parents are charged with handing on the Faith?

James Martin said... said he has known “hundreds” of gay priests in his life as a Jesuit... “In my 25 years as a priest and almost 40 as a Jesuit, I’ve known hundreds of holy, faithful and celibate gay priests,” Father Martin wrote on X. “They’ve been my superiors, my teachers, my confessors, my mentors, my spiritual directors and my friends.”

It also marks the end of a two-year Eucharistic revival within the Catholic Church in America. This Eucharistic revival was principally initiated to draw the Catholic faithful into a greater awareness of the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. Not a symbol or a representation of Christ but rather His very-Self made present in His Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity!... Sadly, many Catholics don’t believe in this important Church teaching, despite the fact that the Catholic Church has always held and will always hold to this teaching, which is so central to our faith ....

Man hates himself to the point where he wants to reinvent himself.”
