Naturally, even a glance at it with DOGE’s magnifying glass found plenty that seemed — charitably — not quite right... “According to the Social Security database, these are the numbers of people in each age bucket with the death field set to FALSE,” Department of Government Efficiency chief Elon Musk stated via X on February 16. “Maybe Twilight is real, and there are a lot of vampires collecting Social Security.”

According to Pimentel, the number of migrants being dropped off at the respite center after they’ve been processed by Border Patrol is nearly zero.

The Trump Administration: More Catholic Than You Know, by Tim Busch

By Tim Busch, National Catholic Register - Donald Trump’s administration is the most faith-filled I’ve ever seen... Please, don’t misunderstand me. I’m not denigrating the faith of any of his predecessors, many of whom were famous for their Christianity. I think, for instance, of Jimmy Carter calling himself a “born-again Christian” and George W. Bush pursuing “compassionate conservatism” out of his Christian convictions. Nor am I saying that Donald Trump is a model of Christian charity. While the assassination attempt against his life last year seemed to make him more aware of God, I have no way of gauging the nature or depth of his faith.
