We erase our wrinkles and rent our wombs. We don’t have sex, we just watch porn. And now, we take drugs instead of food. Everything that makes us who we are, everything human, is under attack.

I also offered some suggestions on preparing during Lent for a Consecration to the Most Holy Cross of Jesus on Good Friday, which I will publish here during Holy Week. Today I would like to reflect on Mary’s participation in the Cross of Christ as a model for how each of us can more fully enter into Christ’s suffering, and in doing so, grow in union with Him.

In a thread of posts on X, Schmitt explained why the day should be federally recognized, starting with the fact that “81% of Americans celebrate Easter.”... “But,” he continued, “our current holiday schedule makes it way too difficult for families to celebrate together.” ...

The wide-ranging interview focused primarily on Kennedy’s touted Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) agenda. For Kennedy, a key feature of MAHA is addressing the quality of the foods Americans eat. As he contends, the “FDA needs to start regulating food again and saying, you know, not just when food is adulterated, when there’s bacteria in it, let’s look at the chemicals in it.”
