At least 10 immigrant children under the legal working age were found working at a Tennessee plant that makes lawn mower parts for power equipment companies including John Deere, Toro, and Yamaha. Tuff Torq has been fined $300,000 for employing children as young as 14, and has been ordered to cough up another $1.5 million in assistance for the children themselves.
