It won’t, because leftist agitators won’t let it. Trump supporters realize we’re in a war for the survival of the country — a war we didn’t start and one we’ll lose if we don’t fight back with every fiber of our being. We want him to counter the violent, revolutionary left at every turn… Shame on us if we ignore or downplay the anarchy and violence in the streets; the destruction of monuments; the assault on and defunding of police ….

By Msgr. Charles Pope, EWTN News - I write this from my perspective as a priest responsible for the care of souls; I do not claim to be a medical expert. My pastoral concern is that we as a nation and as a Church have succumbed to excessive fear, which bespeaks a spiritual problem. The medical concerns arising from the pandemic are not without merit, but they are not unprecedented. What is unique today is the collective paralysis brought on by this fear. I write to express my concern and to reiterate the constant biblical cry, “Do not be afraid!”

"I know it's a little bit unusual," Edwards said. "This will be a spiritual diet and exercise that I as a Catholic Christian believe is very important anyway."... He said the prayers are intended for the people of Louisiana, the sick, caretakers and the families of those who have passed on.

"This is about unity, it is about praying to our Lord God to protect everybody in this town and unite us," Hicks asserted, "because that's what this country needs right now. We've got enough division. And that's what this is about ... This is about protection from our divine Father."
