Now, the pro-life movement needs her to show the same resolve against a “humanitarian” right to abortion.

But it’s not always a walk in the park... In 1997, we fought, and we won. We took to the streets in large numbers as our Parliament debated the legalization of abortion on demand. Then we went home to watch the vote on TV and we gasped as the votes were tied and only one MP, a socialist, had yet to speak out. He voted no. We rejoiced.

Catholic Bishop of Diocese of Oakland, CA Leads March Outside Planned Parenthood Abortion Clinic: “This is a Baby, Not a Thing”

Barber of the Catholic Diocese of Oakland, California led the rosary procession May 18 in front of the Planned Parenthood in Walnut Creek, according to the Catholic Voice Oakland. The abortion facility aborts unborn babies up to 14 weeks of pregnancy, but abortion is legal even on viable, healthy late-term unborn babies in California.... “It’s not a batch of some cells,” Barber told the crowd. “It’s a human baby. It’s a person, not a thing. The church will help any woman who doesn’t want a child to find a home for it.”
