The theme is "Life Empowers, Pro-Life is Pro-Woman." March for Life President Jeanne Mancini said the upcoming march will seek to "evoke confidence rather than fear" about unplanned pregnancy and motherhood, and advocate for community support for unexpected pregnancies.

In doing so, it could have forced medical facilities, doctors, nurses and other medical workers to abort unborn babies against their beliefs.

Gee, involves a Louisiana law that requires any doctor performing an abortion to have admitting privileges at a hospital nearby. The law is similar to a Texas law that was struck down (Whole Woman’s Health vs. Hellerstedt) by the Supreme Court three years ago. But both pro-life and pro-choice Americans are watching to see if the outcome will be different with two new justices, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

It will take place on January 24, 2020… Jeanne Mancini, president of the March for Life Education and Defense Fund, noted the theme intentionally invokes the 100th anniversary of a women’s right to vote… “All of the early suffragists were pro-life,” said Mancini in an interview. “We want to educate about that this year in a particular way and show how being pro-life is being pro-woman.”
