UN One Step Closer to Creating International “Right” to Abortion

By C-Fam - Pro-life advocates are duly concerned since abortion advocates have long argued that abortion can already be counted as customary international law and is therefore binding on all states. They have had to rely on these “soft-law” claims since abortion appears in no binding treaty or agreement. They have argued for 30 years that the term “sexual and reproductive health” repeated hundreds of times in UN documents has created such a customary right.

500 Days of Life: President Trump Fulfills a Lot of Pro-Life Promises

Here are some of the pro-life actions Trump has taken during his first 500 days in office, as cited by SBA: Appointed pro-life judges. Neil Gorsuch was confirmed to the Supreme Court. Four judges have been confirmed to U.S. Courts of Appeals and two district court judges were confirmed. Fifty-four nominees are moving through the Senate... Allowed states to defund Planned Parenthood of Title X family planning funds. Trump reversed Obama’s rule that forbid states from doing so.
