In this article, that has been slightly revised and expanded: Type A are the Zeitgeist Puppets. In America, Cupich and Martin come to mind; across the Atlantic on the continent, no one fit the bill like the recently deceased Cardinal Godfried Danneels of Belgium, who put Cupich and Martin to shame and never met a tenet of Modernism he didn’t like.
