But when I was twelve years old, I discovered there were Christians out there who seemed to take the Bible even more seriously than I had been taught to.

It had all the appearance of a close call, but it was in fact political theater for the sake of John Kasich’s next bid for president, says Ohio State Representative Jim Butler. But Kasich is gone now. The bill is likely to pass in 2019, and it could very likely contribute to an eventual Supreme Court challenge against Roe v. Wade.
