By Fr. Shenan Boquet, Human Life International - Organizers of "Gay Pride" events have successfully conditioned the media and the public to talk about these parades as if they were simply celebrations of "equality." However, even some people who are fully on board with the LGBT agenda have pointed out the obvious: these parades are often less about celebrating equality than they are about celebrating promiscuous sex — the more debauched the better.
By William Mahoney, Ph.D., Church Militant - James Grein, 61, who told his story of now-laicized Theodore McCarrick's abuse to The New York Times in July, has launched a GoFundMe campaign to encourage and assist other victims to come forward with their stories of clergy sexual abuse… Grein knows the deep emotional pain, fear and intimidation victims suffer. He knows that many abused victims do not think anybody will care, take action or help them in any way… "Francis gave us whistleblower protection — use this to help them," he said… Church Militant sat down with Grein to discuss McCarrick, the recent report of the U.S. bishops sending $750k to the LGBT-promoting Ignatian Network and the GoFundMe campaign.
By Msgr. Charles Pope - Sitting in the Basilica earlier this month and seeing ten new priests ordained was a great joy. I heard again those words that speak to the mystery of the call: Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet (Jer 1:4). Yes, God’s call is a great mystery to me. Before I was born, He knew I would become a priest, but I didn’t know until long after my birth… God has been good to me. For 30 years now I have prayed every day, celebrated the liturgy every day, read and studied God’s Word every day, and confessed every week. Through it all I’m a changed man.
