John Kasich signed the pro-life bill into law in 2016, but Planned Parenthood challenged it in court... The Sixth Circuit ruling, written by Judge Jeffrey Sutton, a George W. Bush-appointee, argued that Planned Parenthood does “not have a Fourteenth Amendment right to perform abortions.”
